郭银峰：1949 年生于甘肃庆阳。1968 年参军，先后在西藏军区、成都军区、解放军西安第二炮兵工程学院、解放军西安政治学院工作，正团职，上校军衔。1994 年转业后供职于陕西省人大办公厅，任厅级巡视员。
2011 年，郭银峰在北京人民大会堂举办个人书画展及高层艺术研讨书画作品展。2012 年，郭银峰在法国卢浮宫举办书画展，受到国际友人高度评价。现为亚洲书画家协会副主席，胡润国际书画艺术鉴定中心副主席，全国书画艺术委员会副主席，中央美院客座教授，中国国家高级美术师，国家特级书法师，西北书画研究院院长，英国牛津艺术学院客座教授博士生导师，陕西省人民政府参事室文史馆研究员，亚洲博鳌艺术中心研究员。2021 年分别被授予“祖国优秀艺术家”“书画艺术楷模”建党一百年被授予“德艺双馨人民艺术家”荣誉称号，“世界文化艺术形象大师”“中国国家艺术形象代表人物”“中国功勋人物”“一代艺术大师”等荣誉称号。2022年被特邀成为沈鹏书法艺术工作室专家组高级理事，重点推荐为“中国艺术大家”，“人民书画家”，“华夏儿女优秀传承之星”，称号
Guo Yinfeng was born in Qingyang, Gansu Province in 1949. In 1968, he joined the army and successively worked in the Tibet Military Region, the Chengdu Military Region, the PLA Xi 'an Second Artillery Corps Engineering College, and the PLA Xi 'an Political Science College, with the rank of colonel. In 1994, he worked in the General Office of the People's Congress of Shaanxi Province as a director-level inspector.
In 2011, Guo Yinfeng held a personal calligraphy and painting exhibition and high-level art discussion exhibition in the Great Hall of the People in Beijing. In 2012, Guo Yinfeng held a painting and calligraphy exhibition in the Louvre, France, which was highly praised by international friends. He is now vice Chairman of Asian Calligrapher and Painter Association, Vice Chairman of Hurun International Calligraphy and Painting Art Appraisal Center, Vice Chairman of National Calligraphy and Painting Art Committee, visiting professor of Central Academy of Fine Arts, Chinese National Senior Artist, National Special grade Calligrapher, Dean of Northwest Calligraphy and Painting Research Institute, visiting professor of Oxford College of Art, doctoral supervisor, Researcher of Literature and History Museum of Counsellor's Office of Shaanxi Provincial People's Government. Researcher, Boao Art Center for Asia. In 2021, he was awarded the honorary title of "Outstanding Artist of the Motherland", "Model of painting and Calligraphy Art", and the honorary title of "People's Artist of Virtue and Art", "Master of World Culture and Art Image", "Representative figure of China's National Art image", "China's merit-based figure" and "Master of Art of the Generation". In 2022, he was specially invited to become the senior director of the expert group of Shenpeng Calligraphy Art Studio, and was recommended as "Chinese art master", "People's Calligrapher and painter", and "Excellent inheritance star of Chinese children"
